Abstract

Kehamilan pada usia yang tidak ideal dan kondisi anemia merupakan faktor penting yang dapat memengaruhi kesehatan ibu maupun bayi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran karakteristik umur ibu hamil trimester III, kejadian anemia, serta hubungannya dengan berat badan bayi lahir di Puskesmas Eimadake. Desain penelitian menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 34 responden yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Data diperoleh melalui observasipencatatan rekam medis, kemudian dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas ibu hamil berada pada kelompok usia risiko tinggi (<20 tahun dan >35 tahun) yaitu sebanyak 85,3%, sedangkan hanya 14,7% yang berada pada usia aman (20–35 tahun). Prevalensi anemia cukup tinggi, ditemukan pada 67,6% responden. Sementara itu, sebagian besar bayi lahir dengan berat badan normal (88,3%), meskipun masih terdapat 11,7% kasus bayi berat lahir rendah (BBLR). Uji bivariat menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan yang bermakna antara anemia ibu hamil trimester III dengan berat badan bayi lahir (p=0,184). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa sebagian besar ibu hamil berada pada kelompok usia risiko tinggi dan mengalami anemia, namun kondisi tersebut tidak terbukti berhubungan signifikan dengan kejadian BBLR. Pentingnya pemantauan kesehatan ibu hamil secara periodik guna memastikan persalinan yang baik dan mencegah komplikasi kehamilan segingga tercapai bayi yang lahir sehat.
