Abstract

Ketidaksesuaian kualifikasi pelamar (mismatch) dan kebutuhan posisi kerja adalah tantangan utama dalam rekrutmen digital, khususnya di industri outsourcing yang membutuhkan tenaga kerja entry-level massal. Penelitian ini menganalisis efektivitas alat digital dalam mengurangi mismatch, dengan fokus pada mekanisme penyaringan otomatis dan strategi penargetan audiens pada platform Glints dan JobStreet. Studi kasus tunggal pada sebuah perusahaan outsourcing di Jawa Timur (disamarkan sebagai PT X) dilakukan dengan pendekatan deskriptif terhadap data pelamar, rasio penerimaan, dan biaya per pelamar diterima (Cost per Accepted Applicant/CPA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Glints, dengan fitur penyaringan otomatis dan segmentasi usia muda, menghasilkan CPA yang lebih rendah dan tingkat kesesuaian kualifikasi pelamar yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan JobStreet yang cenderung menjangkau pelamar overqualified. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa pemanfaatan alat digital yang tepat dapat meningkatkan efisiensi rekrutmen, mengurangi mismatch, dan menekan beban administratif dalam proses seleksi awal. Studi ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan strategi rekrutmen berbasis data yang adaptif di sektor tenaga kerja operasional.
