Abstract

 

Penelitian ini menganalisis kebijakan preventive maintenance pada mesin Wire Rope Hoist Crane di PT WIKA Beton Tbk Plant Karawang menggunakan indikator Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) dan Mean Time To Repair (MTTR). Data historis periode Januari 2024 sampai Januari 2025 menunjukkan total waktu operasi 3.320 jam, 10 kejadian kerusakan, dan total downtime 15 jam; downtime maksimum pada satu kejadian sebesar 2,5 jam. Perhitungan yang dikoreksi menghasilkan MTBF 332 jam dan MTTR 1,5 jam. Dengan pola operasi 10 jam per hari, MTBF tersebut ekuivalen dengan 33,2 hari operasi. Sebagai interval konservatif sebelum rata-rata kerusakan tercapai, preventive maintenance direkomendasikan setiap 320 jam operasi atau 32 hari operasi. Rekomendasi dilengkapi dengan pencatatan jam operasi, inspeksi komponen kritis, dan evaluasi MTBF-MTTR secara berkala. Hasil penelitian menjadi baseline deskriptif untuk memperbaiki pengendalian pemeliharaan dan perlu dievaluasi kembali setelah beberapa siklus penerapan.
