Abstract

 

Tujuan dari kajian literatur ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor risiko keselamatan yang terkait dengan proyek konstruksi rekayasa berat, dengan penekanan pada rekayasa sipil dan proyek infrastruktur besar. Studi ini menganalisis faktor-faktor kunci yang mempengaruhi risiko keselamatan, termasuk manajemen, peralatan, pelatihan, lingkungan kerja, dan keterampilan pekerja. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif, berbagai studi yang relevan ditinjau untuk memahami bagaimana faktor-faktor ini mempengaruhi hasil keselamatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen keselamatan yang efektif, penggunaan peralatan yang tepat, pelatihan yang komprehensif, dan lingkungan kerja yang aman sangat penting untuk meminimalkan risiko dan mencegah kecelakaan di lokasi konstruksi. Selain itu, integrasi teknologi canggih seperti Building Information Modeling (BIM) dan alat penilaian risiko diakui sebagai hal yang krusial untuk meningkatkan protokol keselamatan. Penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman mengenai faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi risiko keselamatan dalam industri konstruksi dan menyediakan dasar untuk penelitian lebih lanjut guna meningkatkan standar keselamatan melalui penerapan teknologi dan praktik manajemen yang lebih efektif.
