Abstract

Prediksi jumlah kunjungan pasien merupakan salah satu elemen penting dalam mendukung efisiensi pelayanan dan perencanaan operasional di fasilitas kesehatan. Penelitian ini mengusulkan penerapan metode Genetic Fuzzy System (GFS) dalam membangun sistem prediksi tingkat kunjungan pasien bulanan di Klinik Pratama Prima Melati. GFS merupakan pendekatan hibrida yang menggabungkan kemampuan logika fuzzy dalam menangani ketidakpastian data dengan algoritma genetika untuk mengoptimalkan aturan fuzzy secara adaptif. Sistem dirancang dalam bentuk aplikasi web yang memudahkan pihak klinik dalam menginput data historis, melihat hasil prediksi, memantau kategori fuzzy, dan mengevaluasi performa prediksi setiap bulan. Model ini diuji terhadap data kunjungan pasien selama satu tahun dan menghasilkan prediksi yang cukup konsisten serta mendekati nilai aktual pada sebagian besar bulan. Meskipun hasil prediksi bersifat dinamis akibat proses evolusi genetika, sistem tetap menunjukkan kecenderungan yang stabil dalam memetakan pola historis kunjungan pasien. Dengan demikian, penerapan metode ini dinilai relevan dan potensial dalam membantu proses pengambilan keputusan berbasis data di lingkungan klinik.
